Paintball is a team game that demands quick reactions and strategic thinking. Usually, it is practiced between two teams that compete to achieve a goal that is common. This adventure sport similar to all adventure sports causes high levels of adrenaline.

- Comfortable and sporty clothing and footwear for use in the activity;
Equipment supplied by the Centro Aventura:
- all necessary equipment for your safety and comfort;
- all the equipment necessary to carry out the activity.
