Centro Aventura – Reservation and Cancellation Policy

1. Bookings

1.1. All bookings must be made through our website by filling out the booking form, or by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

1.2. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with the details of your booking.

1.3. Centro Aventura will review your request, and your booking will only be considered valid after our confirmation.

1.4. We recommend that bookings be made at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment can be made on the day of the activity or as indicated in the confirmation contact.

2.2. For special events or group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure the reservation.

3. Cancellations and Changes

3.1. The client may cancel or modify the booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the activity.

3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the activity price.

3.3. In case of no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the activity may be charged.

3.4. Centro Aventura reserves the right to cancel or alter activities due to adverse weather conditions or safety reasons. In such cases, a new date will be proposed or a refund will be issued for the amount paid.

4. Special Conditions

4.1. Some activities may have specific age, fitness, or mandatory equipment requirements. These details will be provided at the time of booking.

4.2. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

5. Information for Participants

5.1. By participating in our activities, each participant is responsible for ensuring they are in good health and have the necessary physical fitness for the activity.

5.2. The participant grants Centro Aventura, free of charge, all rights to use their image captured in photographs or videos during the activities. These images may be used for institutional, promotional, or other purposes related to our operations. If the participant does not wish to authorize the use of their image, they should inform us prior to the activity.
